newborn sessions

Newborn Sessions are always catered to both the newly hatched chicken/newborn and parents.

It's an true adventure to what is created within the environment that surrounds the new tiny person.

Please do not hesitate to contact by phone, or by email, Angela@REdbOOTSphotography.com, if you would want to book a session.

This particular Co. LĂș family was given a REdbOOTS gift certificate for a newborn session and was very excited to create a storytelling imagery with their first born.

The top #3 'Photo Shoot Clues' were quickly taken with an iPhone to show a sneak peek into what might be influencing my creative vibes.

As I was shooting this wee dote I was envisioning the film 'American Beauty'. However, I just might be taking photos of the future Rose of Tralee.

"...Oh no, 'twas the truth in her eyes ever dawning,
That made me love Mary, the Rose of Tralee."

I found that the clues presentation (above) can be a bit confusing to some.

If I added an equal sign after the images it would help some but possibly not.

Then answer the questions to your best ability.

Take a look at the pink sample answers below to get the idea and GO PLAY:  Photo Shoot Clues ~ game #1

post processing love

It’s all GO, GO, GO and Rock n' Roll.

All I know is spending time locked away at my computer post processing photo shoots.

I embrace and love  the entire process from the concept creation to the shoot to post processing until my message is conveyed within one imaginative image.

For most part what you see in the final photograph actually existed in camera but enhanced with my imagination to obtain the conceptual dimension to tell the story.

As promised, here are another set of photo shoot clues from the weekend

STOKED, STOCKED, STOCKED

I am stoked, stoked, stoked about such a thoughtful gift from a following artist, Short Designs.

Let me tell you all about it:

A never-ending opportunity to tell a story through my camera is what makes my blood circulate.

When Short Designs wanted to create my personal passion within a TinyPeople illustration, I was lost for words.

What an honour for someone to tell MY passion for creating visual stories within a piece of art.

My photography passion, daydreaming obsession and coffee addiction was all wrapped up in one illustration ~ absolutely LOVE IT!

I want to stand out and not be thrown into a category with the overabundance that have invested in a decent DSLR.

Thank you Short Designs for encouraging me to follow my dreams in 2014.

Thursday

Who do you think you will be when you grown up?
The butcher, the baker,
The candlestick maker?

I definitely have NO intention of leaving my job and becoming a baker.

After SEVERAL hours, sweat, tears, tantrums and new grey hairs this is the final result of my creation for a very special birthday girl.

It's nice to be nice but my attention is now focused on the  January photo shoots ~ watch this space for some behind the scenes snaps.

Wednesday

Happy New Year for all who are ready to be on a positive vibe in 2014.

I'm promising to myself and allowing others to hold me to my word that this year I will have more fun.

A simple three letter word that we can forget about with life's daily routines that we all get buried underneath.

If you want to join me in this adventure then jump on board and let's see what awaits for us.
